Chair the Hope – November 2023

On November 8th through 13th of 2023, four members of the Walker family joined 14 other volunteers with Chair The Hope to help deliver 100 wheelchairs donated by Benefits² Administrators to those in need in the Cancun, Mexico area. While the majority of these wheelchairs were delivered at a ceremony sponsored by the local Rotary club, the remainder were delivered by the volunteers to the homes of those whose conditions prevented them from attending the ceremony.  The team also visited a senior community to spend time with the residents and brought them food.  In addition, they visited an orphanage to spend time with the children and provide them with new toys and treats.  At the orphanage, the team enjoyed playing soccer, coloring pictures, and making bracelets with the kids.   Home3[SW] |Chair The Hope (@chairthehope) • Instagram photos and videos | facebook.com
